Samuel was born in answer to prayer and his name constantly reminded him of the power of prayer and the necessity to maintain holy intimacy with God. Samuel deemed it is a sin not to pray for others.

Under the impact of his courageous and bold prophetic announcements, the nation Israel renounced her idolatry and shook off the yoke of the Philistines.

The PRIESTLY Mantle
The Priestly Mantle involves the offering of sacrifice on behalf of the nation. Many personal sacrifices are made when the priestly mantle is upon you. This mantle also releases the power to bring clusure and resolution and gives authority to anoint kings.

The Teaching Mantle involves the mentoring and schooling of prophets to prepare the next generation to do greater works.
